The "2 keys" category studios and apartments "Evlalia" have been open since 2004 as a small family business.
"Evlalia" is 1 km from the port and 3 km from the nearest beach, Stafylos.
The building is surrounded by 2000 sq. meters, full of olive trees, in a tranquil environment. The building consists of 2 apartments and 2 studios, all with balconies which have an uninterrupted view of the main town of Skopelos.
"Evlalia" has one apartment and one studio on each floor.
All rooms have air-condition, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a television. The rooms are cleaned daily. There is hot water 24 hours a day provided by a solar heater. Towels and sheets are changed every 3 days and there is plenty of private room for parking.
Rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and are an appropriate choice for families or large groups of friends.
